This is my manco(dingo) go kart, far from original design. From factory this thing came with a 6.5hp tecumseh engine, BOOOOO but i recently had a briggs 5hp, and then upgraded to this briggs 900 series INTEK engine, with ohv and cast iron sleeve, along with pto ball bearings. In this video i was just doing a run of it after i ran down the street. ALSO DO NOTE: engine is racing up and down BECAUSE i turned OFF the fuel, to run the carburetor dry since i don't have any gas stabilizer i don't want the carburetor to gum up really bad. This engines runs great, has LOTS of power. when i had my 5hp without it being governed i was going about 45mph after about half a mile down the road, this new motor with the Governor still intact or still working, i can get going 50mph easy, and there is one more tension hole on the governor spring so i may get 55-60mph, but Im going to be getting some smaller tires put on the back so i may slow down, but these big tires and gearing setup asks ALOT from the engine, I may just keep the big tires for when i want to go fast.
